Rigids and flexibles (Hybrid plotter)
[vc_column_text text_larger=”no”]Within the large format area we have different equipment; UV and latex printing, flexibles and rigids. This allows us to print on great deal of substrates: MDF, vinyl (electrostatic and microperforated), styrene, foamboard, foamed PVC, coroplast, corrugated. We use Router for cutting and half-cutting of rigids and flexibles, thus ensuring a wide range of products.
Vinyl Cutting: for walls, offices, rooms, vehicle wrapping, electrostatics, microperforated on windows, floor graphic, among others.
Signaling: Another service we can provide at Excelform is personalized signaling. We map your premises and recommend signaling, according to Civil Protection, and personalized identifiers of common areas. This all can be done on different materials, such as acrylics, styrene, Alucobond, etc. (With photoluminescent vinyl, which lights up for 6-8 hours, using solar power).
We also can develop an original and unique signal, laser cut and engraved with Trotec equipment. Work area for the equipment is 1000×610 mm, and the materials that can be used are acrylic, glass, wood, plastic, lamination, paper, etc.[/vc_column_text]
